3. Our Return and Refund Policy
All book sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If a physical book arrives damaged during shipping, we will happily exchange it. To qualify, you must report the damage **within 48 hours of delivery**.

Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos if possible. Return the damaged book in its original packaging or a secure alternative. Once we receive and check it, we’ll send your replacement promptly.
This policy only applies to damage caused during shipping. Damage after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or delivery companies.
